Pixel and Conversions API set up and checked, so Meta counts your sales or leads properly. Meta can only improve what it can see, so this comes before everything else.

Questions you might have.

What does "access" mean, and do I share a password?
No password. After you pay you book a short session and we add Healey Commerce as a partner on your Business Manager together, on screen. You stay the owner of everything. Not sure of your Business Manager ID? That's fine, we find it together.
What counts as "fixes live"?
Your tracking fix is live and your rebuilt campaign is ready and submitted for your approval, within 7 days of you giving me partner access. If I miss that, you get every dollar back. Days spent waiting on you (access, approvals, a payment card on the ad account) don't count toward the 7.
Will anything spend my money without me knowing?
No. No campaign spends your money until you approve it in writing. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta.
Is $590 the full cost?
Yes. $590 once, no monthly fee. Your ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta. If you later decide to have me run the account monthly and we start within 14 days of the read, the Rescue fee comes off your first month. You're under no obligation to.
Do you promise more sales or leads?
No, and I won't. The guarantee covers what I do and when. It doesn't cover sales, ROAS, leads or any market outcome. What you get is tracking that counts properly, a campaign built on it, and a written read of what it's showing.
Who owns the account afterwards?
You do. Every asset stays in your name. I work through partner access and remove it on request after the 30-day read.
Do I need to get on a call?
There's no sales call. There's a short access session to add me as a partner, and a 30-minute call at day 30 if you want one.
